I’m facing a very disappointing delivery experience with Amazon India and wanted to highlight it here for visibility.
I ordered a plant stand that was scheduled for delivery today between 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM. The item was not delivered, but shockingly, the order status was updated to “Delivered”.
At 1:22 PM, I contacted customer support. The executive informed me that she had spoken to the delivery agent and assured me that the product would be delivered within 30 minutes, as the agent was on a different route. I waited for more than 30 minutes, but there was no delivery and no update.

I wanted to share my experience and also ask for community advice.
I placed an order on Amazon India today where the seller is Trendora Global (Digital Hub), which ships products internationally from the US to India.
Within minutes of placing the order, I realized I didn’t need the item and immediately tried to cancel. However:
❌ Cancel option was disabled (seller-managed shipment)
❌ Seller did not respond to emails
⚠️ Tracking showed shipment pending, meaning it had NOT yet been dispatched
Seller store page mentions 30% restocking fee if delivery is refused, which is very concerning for international orders
I immediately contacted Amazon chat support, escalated to Executive...
