Hey everyone. I am planning to buy find x9 from oppo's website and there is a good exchange bonus. I see the exchange option as "instant exchange", which means, delivery of new phone and return of old phone happens at the same time. **Question**: Old phone verification and valuation be done by the delivery person(like bluedart) or it will be done by Cashify? Asking because I had very bad experience with cashify folks for my prior exchanges through other online portals. Appreciate your responses, thanks!

**Update:** For those of you who're facing same issue, here are the steps to get it resolved. If your tracking status also changed from Ready -> Origination Scan -> Ready For Pickup Then there are huge chances that the Bluedart refused to drop to your given delivery location. Now, you have two choices: 1. Visit the centre and pickup yourself. 2. Or request them to change your delivery address. I went with 2nd option as it wasn't feasible for me to travel back to the centre. Here's how I requested them to change the delivery address: 1.
