While searching for good cateye nail polishes available in India, a youtuber mentioned she had gotten hers from Emigel Professional. I had placed an order on the 6th of January for 2 cateye nail polishes with a magnet. After placing my order I never recieved any confirmation email, or any update regarding shipping or delivery. Though a girl claiming from the company did call me two times to confirm my delivery address. Timeline:
* On 1st December, I booked a domestic air courier (4–5 days delivery) via DTDC Mumbai.
* The parcel contained dog medicines (time-sensitive).
* Courier charges: ₹760
* Parcel value: ₹7,594
* Total loss: ₹8,354
What went wrong:
* Tracking never moved beyond “Pickup Completed”
* No updates for over one month
* Multiple calls and emails, only generic responses
* After legal notice + National Consumer Helpline complaint, DTDC finally replied saying:
* The shipment is “untraceable”

Around 2 months ago, one RAM stick from my Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2×8GB) kit failed. I contacted Corsair support, and they approved an RMA. I was asked to send the RAM, and to avoid future issues, I sent both sticks to their authorized service center in India (Kaizen Infoserve, Bangalore).
The package was delivered successfully. After that, Corsair processed a replacement and shipped it via DTDC.
