What I do have doubts about is packaging and shipping- do I start with the post office first? How do pickups work can the courier pick up from home or do l have to drop parcels at their post office? Which courier is better: DTDC or India Post? What are their charges? What is their usual delivery time for local, regional, and national shipments? You end up going to their warehouse to hand over the package. Out of 20 orders I shipped, 7 weight discrepancy and image in discrepancy does not match the package I sent. Hi everyone, I wanted to share my recent experience with Atlys India Pvt Ltd (the private visa assistance company) so others can be aware before handing over their passport. On 4th October 2025, I booked a China visa service through the Atlys app and paid ₹14,050 (visa + service + courier). They scheduled a passport pickup for 6th October, promising that my visa and passport would be delivered by 27th October. Unfortunately, what followed was an extremely frustrating and stressful experience. I bought a saree while in India from an online seller for Rs.20,000 and I didn't receive the package which was shipped through DTDC. As I was travelling, I informed the seller 2 days after the eastimated delivery date. This happened on Aug 25, 2025. I filed a complaint with DTDC but they mentioned they will deal with this issue with the seller as I didn't receive the package. Also, their customer servce was terrible. Seller also filed a complaint and she told me to wait for few days/weeks saying package will be found and sent to me. I had to fly back to US end of August.
