So I ordered a watch from boddery website, they handed it over to Indian post, three days ago without contacting me they updated status as non deliver and returning it , when I call customer care raise complaint -- There is no trace of this article in our network as the same was booked/dispatched through Ordinary dispatch and ordinary articles are not traceable. Therefore, no record available for the same. But I can track it easily by consignment number even the customer care guys can track but they still saying already its been 2 months I order this watch now I am facing this issue what can I do here ?

I updated my address at the Manikonda RTO on the 1st November. On the RTO website’s tracking page, I got a Speed Post tracking number on the 11th (not via SMS). But when I enter this tracking number on the India Post website, it keeps showing "Article not booked". Has the parcel not been handed over to Post Office yet? Has anyone experienced this with RTO dispatches? Should I contact the RTO? I called Indian Post customer care no. but it did not help. India Post usually attaches the customer’s contact number so you can get SMS updates. But in my case, they somehow swapped the phone numbers between two parcels. So I was receiving updates for someone else’s parcel which was going somewhere in Maharashtra, and someone else probably was getting the updates for my card.
