I bought a loose Miles Morales action figure for which I paid about $25. India Post guy collected an additional INR 366 ($4) citing custom duties. When I asked for the customs statement he simply showed me the printed delivery list which mentioned the amount next to 'custom duties' printed against my parcel. Is this normal even though the seller has marked the item value as $10? This has happened to me twice now.
