Used same day delivery feature last week and it has been a nightmare experience. It shows as delivered , at the same time it shows as out for delivery through uber. And shipped via usps ALL AT THE SAME TIME. Customer service is just outsourced to India and they’re no help. I get text messages that the order is out for delivery. Then that it was canceled. then an email that the package has shipped but the website says the package was never dropped off. WTF
